Returns Policy

Returns Policy

  • Contact us to arrange for any returns
  • Any part sold at or below $9.99 is nonrefundable 
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return. Customer is also responsible for return label 
  • There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging
  • We cannot take back used parts
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts
  • Electrical parts are not returnable
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, broken ect or do not meet the above criteria
  • General return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt
  • If buyer receives wrong part - Buyer must report any discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving shipment. If buyer fails to report a wrong part claim within 48 hours of receipt, then the claim will be denied. Report any wrong part claims by emailing EMT Parts Online or calling 317-764-2673
  • We do NOT refund shipping
  • Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, then a return fee of 20% may apply.

LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

An order may be picked up locally at EMT in Noblesville. Contact EMT Parts Online to arrange picking up an online order. If customer fails to retrieve a local pickup order after 60 days from date-of-online-order, then the order will be automatically canceled and partially refunded with a 50 percent restock fee.

If customer cancels a local pickup part order, then a partial refund will be subject to the following conditions -

  • 20 percent restock fee - if cancelation is requested within 30 days of online order date
  • 30 percent restock fee - if cancelation is requested after 30 days of online order date
  • 50 percent restock fee - if customer fails to retrieve pickup order after 60 days, then the order will be automatically canceled and partially refunded with a 50 percent restock fee
